This product is required for proper application of all individual synthetic lashes.  This product is used to remove the factory coating of the lashes so it can increase the bonding strength when you apply the eyelashes. It basically "scuffs" the surface of the lash so the glue has something to bond to. 

This primer is used to clean & disinfect the real lashes. It will remove any dirt, oil & make-up on the natural lashes which prevent the extensions from adhering to the real lashes.
