The lashes appear clearly longer and more voluminous, as the tinting accentuates the full length of the lashes faded by sun and water. Light brows can be accentuated by a dark tint; dark brows can be lightened to match dyed blond hair or to be co-ordinated in brightness and colour with any hair colour.

Liquid Peroxide for RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow Tints.

RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid is a stabilised developer especially formulated to be used with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.

To eliminate all traces of oil residue before use of eyelash perm or tint.  After application of conventional eye make up removers, usually oily residues remain on the upper eyelid and the eyelashes.  Therefore Refectocil recommends the upper eyelids and the eyelashes must be cleansed with Refectocil Saline Solution. 

The unique colour protect formula shields the lashes and brows so they appear freshly tinted for a longer time. D-Panthenol binds moisture and provides shine. In addition, unruly hair is fixed in the desired position. Apply to lashes and brows daily. Can also be used as a fresh up for in between.

With this application brush you can easily, quickly and precisely apply Eyebrow tints. The flat, angled and slightly harder synthetic bristle enables an accurate application from root to tip. The synthetic bristle is long lasting, brush and bristle can be cleansed with water after each use.
