Its smooth viscosity and quick, yet flexible dry time work particulary well with the „locking“ and „wrapping“ techniques. These techniques make a significant improvemen in lash retension.

BL Super Flat Lashes are Blink‘s newest and most innovative product. These lashes have been pressed to an extremely fine elipse shape that has allowed them to appear as bold and dramatic as 0.20 or 0.15 classic eyelash extensions, while reducing the weight by 75%. This new shape allows the adhesive to coat a large surface area, which significantly improves retention. Made with Korean PBT fiber.  

This product is required for proper application of all individual synthetic lashes.  This product is used to remove the factory coating of the lashes so it can increase the bonding strength when you apply the eyelashes. It basically "scuffs" the surface of the lash so the glue has something to bond to.
